摘要: 目的探讨运用人体力学帮助腰椎骨折患者翻身，增强患者舒适度，安全感，减轻因翻身引起疼痛及减轻护理工作者疲劳。 方法将2010年8月至2013年12月在我院骨科住院的因腰椎骨折疼痛不肯配合翻身的184例患者，随机分为2组：实验组100例采用人体力学帮助患者翻身法，且受过专门训练方法的护理人员完成操作；对照组84 例按传统方法帮助患者翻身。2组护理人员不变。结果 2组发生褥疮并发症比较：x2=16.34，P<0.01；2组护理质量满意度比较：x2=10.17，P<0.01；2组护理人员省力体会比较：x2=26.45，P<0.01。2组褥疮并发症发生、护理质量满意度及护理人员省力体会等三方面比较差异非常显著。结论 采用人体力学帮助腰椎骨折患者翻身法增加患者的舒适安全感，减轻因翻身引起疼痛，并且有效地促进患者康复。同时使护理工作者省力，减轻疲劳。

    Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of using body mechanics principles in helping patients with lumbar fracture to turn their bodies in order to improve patients’ comfort and alleviate nurses’ workload.
