临床护理路径在100例老年性白内障 护理的运用效果观察

摘要：目的:观察临床护理路径应用于老年性白内障护理中的效果，为后期临床护理提供参考。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2013年6月期间门诊收入的100例白内障老年患者作为研究对象，根据术后护理方式的不同分为研究组与对照组，每组各50例。研究组患者给予临床护理路径模式，对照组患者给予常规护理。观察两组患者治疗结束后的一般情况。结果:两组患者在护理满意情况(满意、不满意)、知识掌握情况(掌握、未掌握)、视力(0.3以下、0.6以上)比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径的临床应用效果显著，可提高护理工作质量和效率，改善医患关系，提高患者满意度，值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective: To observe the application of clinical nursing pathway in senile cataract effect of nursing, and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods: in our hospital in 2012 January -2013 year in June during the outpatient income of 100 cases of cataract patients as the research object, according to the different methods of postoperative care for the study group and control group, each group had 50 cases. Patients in study group received clinical nursing pathway, the control group were given routine nursing care. Observation of general two groups of patients after treatment. Results: two patients in the nursing satisfaction (satisfaction, dissatisfaction), knowledge (Master, not master), visual acuity (0.3, 0.6), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ......
