摘要：目的: 分析鼻腔扩容术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床效果。方法:以我院2010年1月-2012年3月间应用鼻腔扩容术治疗的68例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者为观察组，以我院2007年1月-2009年12月间应用传统手术治疗的68例患者为对照组，对比两组患者疗效。结果: 观察组患者患者AHI、LSaO2、ESS评分及治疗总有效率等各项指标值均显著优于优于传统手术治疗的对照组，两组各数据比较差异显著，(P<0.05)。结论:应鼻腔扩容术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征，患者创伤小，症状改善良好，手术安全可靠，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective: to analyze the expansion of the nasal cavity for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome clinical effect. Methods: 68 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients into observation group in our hospital from 2010 January -2012 year in March by expansion of the nasal cavity were treated in our hospital in January, 2007 -2009 year in December 68 cases of traditional operation treated patients as control group, compared two groups of patients.
