摘要:目的：探究静脉用头孢他啶和头孢替安治疗小儿肠炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年6月~2014年6月住院部46例小儿肠炎患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者予以头孢他啶静脉治疗，对照组患者予以头孢替安静脉治疗，观察记录两组患者的临床治疗效果以及其不良反应率。结果:经治疗后，两组患儿疾病都得到了改善，实验组患儿临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组总有效率比较χ2=5.3289(p=0.0210)；实验组用药后不良反应率低，为4.35%，明显优于对照组，总不良反应率比较χ2=4.1209(p=0.0424)，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论:头孢他啶与头孢替安治疗小儿肠炎都有一定的疗效，但头孢替安疗效更好，不良反应少，是治疗小儿肠炎的首选药物。
