摘要：目的:探讨心理护理在中青年急性右心室心肌梗死护理中的应用效果。方法:将2010年1月至2013年12月在我院CCU室住院的中青年急性右心室心肌梗死的56例患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。将两组患者的焦虑情况、抑郁情况、住院天数、治疗效果、患者及家属的满意率进行比较分析。结果:两组患者数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中青年急性右心室心肌梗死患者加强心理护理可有效地减轻患者的不良情绪，减少住院天数，提高了患者及家属的满意度，使患者的生存质量得到有效地提升，在临床治疗过程中应该予以推广。

Abstract :Objective:To explorethe effect of psychological care nursing in the middle-aged and young patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction.Methods: Choose fromJanuary January 2008 and December 2013 in our department in hospital of department of cardiology of young and middle-aged acute right ventricular myocardial infarction56 patients according to admission order were randomly divided into observation groupand control group all 28 patients.The twogroupswerecomparedintermsof hospital stay, anxiety, depression,therapeutic effect,satisfactoriness.Results: Two groups of patients data comparison difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Psychological care in the middle-aged and young patients caneffectively relieve the patient's bad mood,reduce the hospitalization days,improve the patient and family satisfaction,make the patient's quality of life improved effectively, it should be promoted in the process of clinical treatment ......
