健康教育护理干预在头面部烧伤患者心理变化的意义研究(1)

摘 要： 目的 ：分析探讨在头面部烧伤患者的护理中，健康教育护理对于患者心理状况的意义。方法： 以我院收治的100例头面部烧伤患者为对象，随机分组，分别采用常规护理和常规护理基础上的健康教育护理方案，统计两组患者对护理的满意度以及焦虑自评量表评分。结果 ：与常规护理的对照组相比，采用健康教育护理的观察组患者满意度明显更高，且护理后量表评分与对照组评分有显著差异，具统计意义(p<0.05)。 结论： 健康教育护理对于头面部烧伤患者有着重要意义，可有效缓解其心理障碍，增加安全感，稳定其情绪，有利于治疗顺利进行。
