摘 要： 目的：研究临床护理路径在川崎病患儿护理中的临床应用价值。 方法：选择90例川崎病患儿作为研究对象，随机分为两组各45例，对照组采用传统护理模式，观察组采用临床护理路径的护理模式，观察对比两组护理效果。 结果：观察组患儿的住院时间、住院费用、患儿满意度以及健康知识掌握程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论：川崎病患儿采用临床护理路径的护理模式，可有效提高护理质量，患者满意度高。

Abstract：Objective Study the clinical value of clinical care path in children with Kawasaki disease nursing. Methods Select 90 cases of Kawasaki disease in children as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases. Control group using traditional models of care， clinical nursing path observation group care model， observed and compared the efficacy of two treatments. Results Duration of hospitalization of children in the observation group， hospital costs， patients satisfaction and health knowledge mastery were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).
