摘 要：目的：探究舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者术后的应用效果。方法：选取我院2012年3月～2014年3月住院部40例进行腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的患者作为研究对象，按照护理方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者予以舒适护理，对照组患者予以常规护理，观察两组患者经不同的护理方法护理后的临床治疗效果、并发症情况、患者满意度。结果：两组患者经不同的护理方式护理后临床总有效率比较，实验组明显高于对照组，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者总并发症率及患者满意率比较，实验组均优于对照组，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：采用舒适护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后进行护理可提高患者临床疗效，降低并发症率，且患者满意度高，值得临床广泛地应用以及推广。
