临床药师干预对呼吸病区抗菌药物合理应用的疗效分析(1)

摘要：目的：探讨呼吸病区抗菌药物合理应用中实施临床药师干预的方法及其疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月至2013年6月间收治的呼吸科患者128例，随机分为对照组和研究组，各64例。对照组采取常规治疗模式，实验组在对照组的基础上实施临床药师干预，对两组患者临床疗效进行分析比较。结果：经干预，研究组病患正确用药知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组病患抗菌药物、注射用抗菌药物、联合用抗菌药物的使用率及平均用药时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对呼吸科患者实施临床药师干预临床疗效显著，能明显改善临床抗菌药物的合理应用，不良反应低，值得推广应用。
