[摘要]目的 探讨护理干预在前列腺术后膀胱痉挛的预防及治疗中的应用。方法 研究对象为自04年以来在我院行前列腺手术的168位患者，运用统计学的方法探索护理干预在前列腺术后膀胱痉挛的预防及治疗中的作用。结果 护理干预明显降低前列腺手术术后膀胱痉挛的发生率，并且对于术后并发膀胱痉挛的患者，护理干预具备辅助性治疗作用。结论 加强前列腺术后的护理干预对前列腺术后膀胱痉挛的发生具有预防和辅助治疗作用。

    [Abstract] Objectiveto detective the use of nursing intervention in the treatment and prevention of bladder spasms after prostatectmoy.Methods168 patients underwent prostatectomy in our hospital from 2004 were under our research, and using of statistics to seek the effect of nursing intervention in treatment and prevention of bladder spasms after prostatectomy. Resultsnursing intervention degraded the incidence rate of bladder spasms for patients underwent prostatectomy, and nursing intervention can provide adjunctive therapy for patients suffering from bladder spasm after prostatectmoy.
