[摘 要]调查了住院青少年癫痫患者及家属，均有不同程度的心理问题。患者的抑郁、自卑、敌对、恐惧及不良的遵医行为；家属对癫痫知识的匮乏、焦虑不安、迷信以及悲观失望等复杂的心理。经过开展健康教育，提高了患者及家属对疾病的认识，取得了良好的远期效果。
