循证护理在异位妊娠患者心理护理中的实践

[摘 要]目的 探讨循证护理在异位妊娠手术患者心理护理中的实践及意义。方法 用循证护理方法对10例情绪不稳定的异位妊娠手术患者进行心理护理实践，综合评价。结果 所有患者均积极配合治疗，利用HAMD抑郁专业量表再次评估均<8分，康复出院。结论 应用循证护理指导临床实践能保证护理质量，提高整体护理水平。

[Abstract] Objective：Following certificate to nurse discusses ectopic pregnancy operation patients’ nursing in practiceand significance.Method：Using follows certificate nursing method，the example ectopic pregnancy operation patient carriesout nursing practice and overall evaluation on 10.Result：The patient cures possessions fitting without excrpiton actively，scale appraises the depressed special field making use of HAMD once again equal < 8 mark and recover from the illnessleaving hospital .Conclusion：Application follows certificate to nurse guiding to carry out energy guarantee nursing massclinically and improve the overall nursing level.

循证护理是指以有价值的、可信的科学研究结果为证据，提出问题，寻找实证，用实证对患者实施最佳的护理[1]。异位妊娠是妇科常见的急症之一，多采取手术治疗为主，病人的情绪变化在促进和保持健康的过程中起到重要的作用。本研究将循证护理应用于以下10 例心理状况不稳定的患者的心理护理的实践中，取得了较好的效果。现报告如下：
