【摘要】抗生素在临床中的应用存在许多误区，滥用现象十分普遍。儿科临床中，由于儿童期的特殊性，滥用抗生素会造成许多不良后果。从严适应症，科学合理用药，联合用药及药物的相互作用，尽量避免药源性的损害，充分考虑患儿的经济能力，合理使用抗生素。
