【摘要】目的：观察脑明注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：利用120例脑梗死患者用药治疗，对复方丹参注射液和脑明注射液治疗该病的各项疗效指标进行比较。结果：临床疗效比较，脑明优于复方丹参；血液流变指标比较，显示两药作用相近。结论：脑明注射液在治疗急性缺血性脑血管病方面疗效优于复方丹参。

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the brain that injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 120 cases of drug treatment in patients with cerebral infarction, Fufang Danshen injection and the injection in the treatment of brain disease of the indicators for comparison. Results: Clinical comparison, the brain is better than Fufang Danshen rheology indicators compared the two drugs showed similar role.
