【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺置“J”管注入无水酒精治疗肾囊肿120例的疗放。方法：笔者从1996年1月~2006年1月，采用B超引导下经皮穿刺置入单“J”管，抽出囊液，然后注入无水酒精、治疗肾囊肿。结果：120例肾囊肿均一次穿刺成功。全部病例术后随访3～6个月，120例患者146个囊肿均经B起复查，其中15个囊肿有囊液残留，但囊肿较术前缩小，治愈率为90%，而<6cm的囊肿全部治愈。结论：超声引导下经皮穿刺置管注入无水酒精治疗肾囊肿，简单易行，安全，并发症少，疗效确切。一次治愈率达90%，囊肿直径<6cm效果最佳。
