【摘要】目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者病情及转归与空腹血糖水平之间的关系。方法：对86例老年糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者资料进行回顾性对照分析，根据空腹血糖水平将患者分为3组：血糖<7.0mmol/L组(A组)，血糖7.0-11.1mmol/L组(B组)，血糖>11.1mmol/L组(c组)。观察分析空腹血糖水平与老年糖尿病合并急性脑梗死病情及转归的关系。结果:老年糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的病情与空腹血糖水平之间有相关关系(P<0.05)；急性脑梗死的预后与空腹血糖水平之间也有相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:空腹血糖水平的高低与糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者临床症状的轻重及病情转归密切相关，而且是急性期病情预后的重要指标之一，因此，血糖控制达标是临床防治老年糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的关键，具有重要意义。
