【摘要】目的：建立暖胃舒乐片的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法鉴别处方中丹参、黄芪、白芍、延胡索、鸡屎藤、大红袍、五倍子、肉桂等药材；采用HPLC法测定处方芍药苷含量，Agilent Zorbax SB 4.6×150 mm，RP-18e( 5 μm )色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水( 15∶85 )，流速1.00 mL.min-1,检测波长230 nm。结果：芍药苷在0.084 - 0.84 μg范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r = 0.9999，平均加样回收率100.8 %,RSD为 2.6 % ( n = 6 )。结论：本方法简便，专属性强，结果准确，重现性好，可用于暖胃舒乐片的质量控制。

    Quality specification standards of Nuanwei shule Tablet

    【Abstract】 Objective: to study on a quality specification standard of Nuanwei shule Tablet. Methods: red sage root,astragalus root,white peony root,corydalis tuber,fevervine herb,dahongpao,Chinese gall,cinnamon bark in this preparation were identified by TLC;The content of paeoniflorin in this preparation were determined by HPLC, Agilent Zorbax SB 4.6×150 mm,RP-18e( 5μm ) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitril-water ( 15:85 ), the velocity of flow was 1.00 mL.min-1.The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The standard curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.084 - 0.84 μg. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The average recovery and RSD were 100.8 % and 2.6 % ( n = 6 ) respectively. Conclusion: Results obtained showed that it's a simple, reliable, accurate, specific and reproducibility method for the quality control of Nuanwei shule Tablet. ......
