【摘要】目的:报告2例颅内原发及转移性黑色素瘤、术后复发，研究了黑色素瘤的影像表现及鉴别诊断，探讨了其术前确诊的可能性。方法:利用颅脑CT平扫+增强、MRI平扫+增强，术后CT及MRI平扫+增强多种影像检查手段以确定病变的位置、大小，给手术提供依据。结果：颅内黑色素瘤影像表现有一定特征：肿瘤实体源于软脑膜，贴近硬膜，明显强化，其囊变部分可深入到脑实质，有包膜，不强化，术后复发迅速，及时复查，可及时进行第二次手术。结论：颅内黑色素瘤影像表现有一定特征，应利用一切影像检查手段尽早确诊，其中MRI平扫+增强是最重要的检查。
