【摘要】目的：观察益肾缓衰方治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法：75例患者随机分为治疗组38例，对照组37例，两组患者均给予低盐优质低蛋白饮食，控制血糖、血压、血脂，使其保持在良好水平，治疗组在此基础上，予益肾缓衰方，日一剂，早晚分服，30天为一疗程，两个疗程后统计疗效。结果：应用益肾缓衰方后，治疗组患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率与治疗前相比有显著下降，且空腹血糖、血脂亦有不同程度下降，治疗组总有效率97.37%，对照组总有效率72.97%。结论：益肾缓衰方治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病疗效确定，值得临床广泛推广使用。
