【摘要】目的：观察唇系带刺血或阳性反应点割治加腰骶部痔点挑治治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法：对56例痔疮患者采用唇系带刺血或阳性反应点割治加腰骶部痔点挑治。结果：痊愈48例(85.7%)，显效5例(8.9%)，有效2例(3.6%)，无效1例(1.8%)，总有效率98.2%。结论：唇系带刺血或阳性反应点割治加腰骶部痔点挑治治疗痔疮有显著疗效。

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the lips of thorns with blood or positive point cut governance and lumbosacral hemorrhoid treatment of hemorrhoids point pick governing the clinical efficacy.Method: 56 cases of patients with hemorrhoids lip of thorns with blood or positive point cut governance and lumbosacral hemorrhoids point pick governance.Results: 48 patients recovered (85.7%), markedly effective five cases ( 8.9% ), effective two cases (3.6 percent), one case of invalid (1.8%), the total efficiency of 98.2 %.Conclusion: The lips of thorns with blood or positive point cut governance and lumbosacral hemorrhoid treatment of hemorrhoids governance point pick a significant effect.
