【摘要】采用随机交叉自身对照法，观察命宝丸(蒙成药阿敏、额尔敦)对31例冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的疗效。结果表明：治疗期使用命宝丸及对照期使用潘生丁加阿斯匹林，两组药物可减少ST段压低的次数及压低的持续总时间，尤以命宝丸疗效显著(P<0.01)说明命宝丸是一种安全，有效的治疗无痛性心肌缺血的药物。
