【摘要】目的:探讨莫沙比利对老年腹部CT增强扫描影学效果的影响。方法：选择进行腹部CT增强扫描的老年患者240人，随机分为两组。实验组124人，在进行CT增强扫描中给予莫沙比利。对照组116人，常规进行增强扫描不服用莫沙比利。结果：实验组124例患者其中有100例图像清晰，18例欠清晰，6例不清晰，成功率占95%。对照组116例患者图像清晰者30例，图象欠清晰者70例，不清晰者16例，成功率占40%。经统计学处理，x2=45.84 P<0.01，两组比较有显著差异性。结论：实验组腹部CT增强扫描效果优于对照组。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the for the elderly mosapride abdominal CT scan impact study results.
