【摘要】目的： 评价X线胃肠造影和纤维内镜检查在胃浸润型肿瘤诊断中的作用。材料和方法：随机选取1996年以来我院经手术病理证实，且于术前均进行X线-内镜-活检检查的胃恶性浸润型肿瘤8例。男7例，女1例；年龄最小36岁，最大82岁。发生于胃体部4例，胃窦部3例，胃贲门下1例。病理证实7例为未分化或低分化腺癌，1例为胃窦部恶性淋巴瘤。结果： 全部病例术前X线胃肠造影检查均诊断为恶性浸润型肿瘤，诊断符合率达100%；内镜肉眼诊断浸润型癌和癌可疑者3例，诊断符合率为37.5%；内镜+活检诊断胃癌6例，诊断符合率为75%。结论： 在胃浸润型肿瘤的检查中，胃肠造影检查明显优于内镜检查。良好的胃多相造影应作为上胃肠道病变检查的主要方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the X-ray imaging and fiber gastrointestinal endoscopy in the stomach-invasive diagnosis of the tumor. Materials and methods: random selection in our hospital since 1996, proved by surgery and pathology, and were carried out in the pre-operative X-ray - endoscopy - examination of the gastric biopsies of m alignant tumor-infiltrating 8 cases. 7 males and 1 female; the youngest 36 years old, maximum 82-year-old. Occurred in 4 cases of gastric body and antrum in 3 cases, 1 case of gastric cardia under. 7 cases of pathologically confirmed as undifferentiated or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 1 case of m alignant lymphoma for the antrum.Results: All cases of pre-operative gastrointestinal X-ray imaging examination were diagnosed as m alignant tumor-infiltrating, in line with the diagnosis rate of 100%; diagnosis of invasive endoscopy to the naked eye-cancer and cancer of suspicious persons in 3 cases, the diagnosis rate of 37.5 percent; Endoscopy + 6 cases of gastric cancer diagnostic biopsy, in line with the diagnosis rate of 75%. Conclusion: In the stomach tumor-infiltrating the inspection, much better than angiography gastrointestinal endoscopy. Good multi-phase imaging stomach as the gastrointestinal lesions of the main methods checked. ......
