【摘要】目的:了解新涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者中感染和发病情况。方法:对2005-2007年新登记的涂片阳性肺结核病人密切接触者作免费筛查工作。结果:新发现活动性肺结核病人3例 (563/10万) ，菌阳1例，菌阴2例；PPD强阳性25例。结论:对新涂阳肺结核病人的密切接触者进行检查,可以较早期的发现活动性肺结核病人,使结核病患者能够早发现、早治疗、减少传播；对已受结核菌感染的对象采取预防性药物治疗是减少发病的重要措施；对筛选时间点把握提出疑问。
