    摘要：目的 结合新《处方管理办法》，分析我院门诊处方不合理用药类型，针对此情况寻找解决方法，以提高我院门诊处方的合格率，同时，为药师审核处方提供参考。方法 随机抽取我院门诊处方10047张，从中挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果 不合理用药处方356张，不合格率为3.54%。不合理用药主要类型有药物配伍不合理、同类药物联用或重复用药比例较大、药物用法不合理及选药不合理等。
