    摘要：目的 探讨胸腔积液的治疗效果。方法 对26例行经皮胸腔穿刺置入深静脉导管引流胸腔积液与25例引流胸腔穿刺对比。结果 经皮胸腔穿刺置入深静脉导管引流简单、方便、安全、创伤少、不易感染，治疗效果好等优点。
