    摘要：目的 探讨治疗肱骨外上髁炎的新方法。方法 将病人随机分成A、B两组，每组62人，分别采用局部注射(A组)和局部注射加小针刀(B组)治疗肱骨外上髁炎，对比观察治疗效果，并采用χ²检验进行统计。结果 经一次治疗后：A组总有效率69.35%，B组总有效率95.16%，经χ²检验P=0.032<0.05；经二次治疗后：A组总有效率87.10%，B组总有效率100，经χ²检验P=0.038<0.05。结论 局部注射加小针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效显著，其治疗效果明显优于局部注射。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the new method of treating external humenral epicondylitis.Methods 124 cases were averagely divided into two groups in random (A and B)：group A were treated by local injection and B were treated with local injection and small needle knife . Observation and comparison were designed in the experiment.χ² test was used in statistical analysis.Results After one time treatment：The total effective rate of group A was 69.35% and group B was 95.16%( P=0.032<0.05)；After two times treatment：The total effective rate of group A was 87.10% and group B was 100% (P=0.038<0.05).Conclusion It is very effective to treat external humeral epicondylitis with local injection and small needle knife .
