    摘要：目的 探讨老年人心衰的特点和治疗。方法 通过对45例老年人心力衰竭进行分析、治疗。结果 单用药物对症治疗难以奏效。采用白蛋白和1，6-二磷酸果糖可使心功能明显改善，全身状况明显好转。
