穴位注射配合温针灸治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘要:目的 观察穴位注射配合温针灸疗法对肩周炎的治疗作用及与常规电针治疗的疗效差异。方法 将112例患者随机分为穴位注射配合温针灸组(58例)和常规电针组(54例)，对比两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组痊愈42例，显效10例，好转5例，无效1例，总有效率为98.3%，对照组痊愈23例，显效18例，好转9例，无效4例，总有效率为92.6%。结论 穴位注射配合温针灸治疗肩周炎效果显著，疼痛缓解快，改善肩部功能活动快，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint -injection combined with acupuncture with warmed needle on scapulohumeral periarthritis and the difference of curative effect between the acupoint -injection group and routine electric acupuncture. Method 112 cases were randomly divided into the acupoint-injection combined with acupuncture with warmed needle group(58 cases ) and the routine electric acupuncture(54 cases) , and compare the clinical effect of the two groups .ResultThe treatment group:cure 42,having obvious effect 10,having effect 5,having no effect 1,the total effect rate was 98.3%;The control group :cure 23,having obvious effect 18, having effect 9,having no effect 4 , the total effect rate was 92.6%.Conclusion Because of the combination of the acupoint -injection and acupuncture with warmed needlein patient with scapulohumeralperiarthritis has better effect , alleviate the pain , improve ativiate function of shoulder soon, it is worth to be popularized . ......
