护理干预对臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者康复疗效的影响

摘要:目的 探讨护理干预对臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者康复疗效。方法 选择腰椎间盘突出症患者212例，按入院的先后编序为奇数和偶数组，两组均给予健康教育及常规护理，偶数组患者同时进行护理干预(心理护理，指导正确卧位、站、立、行姿势，腰背肌功能锻炼，按摩、理疗等)。结果 偶数组总有效率明显高于奇数组(分别为98%、78%，P<0.01)。结论 护理干预能提高臭氧治疗术后疗效。提示：应加强对该手术的护理干预，以达到巩固治疗效果的目的。
