    摘要:从有效氯含量对3种试验验菌综合杀菌率和微生物污染等方面考察0.5%“84”消毒临床应用液的有限时限。实验表明,该应用液的有效氯含量和综合杀菌率两者的变化均与使用时间成负相关,而微生物污染随使用时间延长而加剧。使用24h,有效氯含量为101.04±14.14mg/L,综合杀菌率为99.97%,污染细菌数未超标。使用48h,有效氯含量降到62.16±8.60mg/L,综合杀菌率是87.26%、污染细菌数超标。

    Investigate the Effective Time Limit of"84" Disinfectant in Clinical Application.Zhang Ju.Xichang Dongcheng Community Health Service Center ,Xichang 615000, SichuanChina.

    【Abstract】Objective According to the active chlorinity test of the average bactericidal rate in the three kind of test organism and mircrobial contamination ,the effective time limit of 0.5% "84"disinfectantin in clinical application was observed . The experiments showed that negative correlation were observed between the change of effective chlorine content and using time as well as the the average bactericidal rates ,and microbial contamination were increased with the using time to extend.The results showed that at 24h and 48h after dilatation ,the concentrations of available chlorine were 101.04±14.14mg/L and 62.16±8.60mg/L, the average bactericidal rates were 99. 97% and 86.26% and the number of contaminating bacteria were under and over standard limit,respectively. ......
