【摘要】 目的 通过观察头孢克肟颗粒剂(干混悬剂)治疗轻、中度儿童社区获得性细菌性肺炎，评价头孢克肟的疗效和安全性。方法 84例社区获得性肺炎患儿随机分为两组，治疗组39例口服头孢克肟颗粒(干混悬剂)每次1.5-3.0mg/kg,2次/d，连续5~7d;对照组45例给予阿莫西林/克拉维酸30mg /kg静脉滴注，2次/d。连续应用5~7d。结果 治疗组总有效率为87.2%，对照组总有效率80.00%，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.36,P>0.05)。结论 孢克肟颗粒(干混悬剂)是治疗社区获得性细菌性肺炎安全、有效的药物。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cefixime in treatment of children with mild and middle community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 84 patients were enrolled in a multicenter, randomized, double-blind trial comparing the efficacy and safety of cefdinir with those of augmentin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia. Patients receved either treatment with cefixime (n=39) or treatment with augmentin (n=45).Results A satisfactory clinical response (the cured plus the improved)was achieved at the rate of 87.2% and 80.0% respectively in the treatment with cefixime and augmentin (x2=0.36,p>0.05).Conclusions These results indicate that cefixime is effective and safe in the treatment of chidren with mild and middle community-acquired pneumonia. ......
