【摘要】目的 探讨宫颈冷刀锥切术的护理方法，防止宫颈冷刀锥切术后宫颈出血、宫颈狭窄等术后并发症。方法 选择76例行宫颈冷刀锥切术的患者，术后局部应用纳米银凝胶配合宫颈导管扩张宫颈口。结果 患者术后无严重阴道出血、感染现象，预后良好。结论 纳米银联合宫颈导管可明显减轻宫颈冷刀锥切术后并发症，提高手术成功率，减轻患者痛苦。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the cervical cold knife conization of care to prevent cervical cold knife conization after cervical bleeding, postoperative com plications, such as cervical stenosis. Methods 76 routine cervical cold knife conization patients, after local application of nano-silver gel with cervical dilatation of cervical mouth.Results The patients with severe vaginal bleeding, infection, the prognosis is good.Conclusion Nano-silver joint cervical catheter can be reduced significantly cervical cold knife conization post-operative complications and improve the success rate of surgery to alleviate the suffering of patients. ......
