【摘要】目的 观察葛根素对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 将128例以椎-基底动脉供血不足的眩晕患者随机分为葛根素组与复方丹参组,分别静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。结果 葛根素组总有效率为95.6%,复方丹参组为76.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 葛根素治疗椎-基动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效优于复方丹参,且无严重不良反应,是一种疗效满意,又安全的药物,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of Puerarin injection for vertigo of vertebro-basic arterial ischemia.Methods 128 cases with vertigo of vertebro-basic arterial ischemia were divided into 2 groups:Puerarin and compound Danshen,once every day,14 days as a course of treatment.Results The effectire rates in Puerarin group and compound Danshen group was 95.6%and 76.6%respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),Conclusion Puerarin injection was better than compound Danshen injection for vertigo of vertebro-basic arterial ischemia.It’s worth using widely in Clinic because of its satisfactory curative effect,no side-effect and safety. ......
