摘 要 目的：总结老年股骨颈骨折合并肺栓塞的抢救及护理经验。方法：对8例老年股骨颈骨折合并肺栓塞患者临床资料进行回顾分析，对其病理生理基础及临床治疗护理方法进行讨论。结果： 8例患者治愈6例，死亡2例，治愈率75%，病死率25%。结论：有针对性的制定科学的、个体化的护理计划，身心兼顾,采用综合临床治疗方法可取得较好疗效。

    AbstractObjective ：To summarize nursing and Rescuing experience for femoral neck fracture with pulmonary embolism of elderly. Method： clinical data of 8 elder cases with femoral neck fracture with pulmonary embolism in our hospital analysed retrospectively,corresponding Pathophysiological basis and treatments were studied. Results： 6 cases (75%) were cured,death in 2cases(25%) Conclusion：targetedly develop scientific and individualized care plans, mental and physical balance, we get better effection by clinical compressive treatments.
