摘 要痤疮多见于男女青春期，病因复杂，易于复发，损容明显，目前尚无特效疗法。运用中医重整体治疗有优势。根据病因病理及皮损特征，传统理论多从肺、胃、脾辨治，常用分型治疗对寻常痤疮肝胆湿热病机也少记载及探讨。通过对112例寻常痤疮患者进行辨证，辨为肝胆湿热证50例，用龙胆泻肝汤为主进行治疗，总有效率达94%，取得了良好效果。
