摘 要目的：探讨PTTG、bFGF和c-myc在子宫内膜异位症中表达及与预后的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术,检测45例子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜、在位内膜及34例正常子宫内膜组织中PTTG、bFGF及c-myc的表达水平及PTTG表达与预后的关系。结果：在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜中, PTTG、bFGF及c-myc的阳性表达率明显高于在位内膜(P<0.05)及正常子宫内膜组织，在位内膜亦高于正常对照组内膜(P<0.05)，PTTG阳性表达者1年后复发率高于阴性表达者，但统计学显示二者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：子宫内膜异位症中PTTG的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织, 可能是通过上调bFGF和c-myc蛋白的表达而在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展及复发中发挥作用。

    AbstractObjective：To discuss the expression and prognosis analysis of PTTG, bFGF and c-myc in the Endometriosis Methods：By means of Immunohistochemistry, to test the PTTG、bFGF and c-myc expression level in 45 cases of Endometriosis's ectopic endometrium、 eutopic endometrium and 34 cases of Normal endometrium tissue. Results：In Endometriosis's ectopic endometrium, PTTG、bFGF and c-myc expression rate were obviously higher than eutopic endometrium (P<0·05) and normal endometrium. eutopic endometrium were obviously higher than normal endometrium. Conclusion：The expression of PTTG in Endometriosis significantly higher than that in normal endometrium. In-creased PTTG may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and developmentand recur in cervical cancers by promoting the expression of bFGF and c-myc proteins. ......
