摘 要目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析25例腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC) 联合手术的临床资料，其中LC联合阑尾切除术15例, 联合肝囊肿开窗术3例, 联合腹股沟疝修补术7例。结果：25例手术均获得成功,无一例中转开腹，2例术后出现胆漏，均经非手术疗法治愈。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术安全、有效、经济,能充分体现微创外科的优越性,值得推广。

    Abstract Objective：To study the practical clinical value of laparo- scopic cholecystectomy (LC) combined with other laparoscopic surgery. Methods：25 cases of LC combined with other laparoscopic surgery were reviewed retrospectively.LC was combined with appendectomy in 15 cases, with fenestration of hepatic cyst in 3 cases , with herniorraphy in 7 cases.Results：Laparoscopic operations were succe- ssful in 25 cases,and no cases were converted to laparotomy . Postopera- tive bile fistula occurred in 2 cases ,all healed with conservative therapy.Conclusions：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopicsurgery can adequately present the advantages of microsurgery by safe , effective and economical management of various abdominal diseases ,and is worthy of wideusage. ......
