摘 要目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)肌肉注射在异位妊娠保守治疗中的效果。方法:2004年1月～2008年12月收治的异位妊娠病例中,选取符合保守治疗条件的63例。将病例按1mg/kg的剂量肌肉注射MTX后随机分成两组,5天后复查血β-HCG,对照组给予继续观察,研究组血β-HCG下降未超过20%者,再次肌注MTX同样剂量,对治疗结果采用t检验和卡方检验进行分析。结果:MTX单次和2次肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠的效果差异有显著(P<0.05),但在缩短住院时间、减轻化疗副作用上两组差异无显著性。结论:MTX肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠是一种较好的治疗方法,必要时重复使用1次MTX可明显提高治愈率。

    AbstractObjective:To explore the effect of MTX in intramuscular injection on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From January 2004 to December 2008,63 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected who were treated by conventional method.After administered 1 mg/kg of MTX by intramuscular injection,the patients were divided into two groups,and detected the blood HCG 5 days after treatment.The contrast group was not adminstered by MTX again and the patients in the study group with the β-HCG decline below 20%,were administered MTX by intramuscular injection again.The detection results of the two groups were analysed by t-test and χ2-test.Results:There is significant diflerence between MTX once and twice by intamuscular injection,but no significant difference between the two groups in shorteing the duration of hospital and alleviating adverse effect.Conclusion:MTX by intramuscular injection is a good method to cure ectopicpregnancy,and can enhance healing rate of ectopic pregnancy. ......
