摘 要目的：探讨健康教育对血透患者建立动静脉内瘘术后良好行为方式的影响。方法：通过对80例行动静脉内瘘术的患者进行健康教育指导，评价患者对术后良好行为方式的依从性及内瘘的成功率。结果：通过健康教育指导前后比较，经统计分析P<0.01差异有统计学意义，内瘘成功率为95%。结论：实施健康教育有利于患者建立良好的行为方式，增强自我保健意识，提高了健康行为的依从性及内瘘的成功率。

    Abstract ObjectiveDiscussion the impact of good behavior on hemodialysis patients after Arteriovenous fistula operation . Methods Applied health education to 80 cases patients Accepted Arteriovenous fistula operation, evaluation compliance of patients with good behavior after operation and the success rate of fistula.
