摘 要目的：调查节日大假期间滞留医院的精神病人心理需求，探讨积极的干预措施,减少意外发生,确保病人安全的作用。方法：采用自制的心理需求调查表和满意度调查表,由病人自行填评并进行分析。结果：64.8%的病人希望回家与亲人团聚,63.8%的病人需要亲朋好友的来院探视,58.7%的病人希望医护人员与之沟通、倾诉和关心。54.4%希望医院开展各项工娱疗活动。在心理需求未得到满足时90.8%的病人情绪波动，出现兴奋话多、焦虑、睡眠差等症状。82.3%的病人有被遗弃感。45%和27.1%的病人拒绝进食和服药，并且有外出回家的想法。结论：积极的关注，有效的干预措施对满足病人心理需求和预防病人在节日大假中发生意外具有重要的意义。
