摘 要目的：分析肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析25例经手术病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现，其中13例行平扫，12例行平扫加增强。结果：25例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤表现为圆形、类圆形或不规则肿块，平扫呈等、低、高低混杂密度影。其中22例单发，3例多发，17例部分突出肾轮廓外，2例合并肾周血肿。增强后呈多样化强化。结论：CT诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤具有重要价值。

    Abstract Objective: To investigate the imaging manifestation of of renal angiomyolipoma on CT scan.Method: 25 cases of clinically confirmed angiomyolipoma (by surgery) have been reviewed and studied. Among which, contrast-enhanced scan was added to 12 cases.Result: Quasi-circular or erose tumors were detected for all 25 cases. The pathological focus showed isodense, slightly hypodense ,or hyper-hypomixed dense on plain scan. Among the Among 21 cases, single and multiple tumors were detected in 22 and 3 patients respectively. Protrusions were observed in 17 patients and 2 of which complicated with perirenal hematoma. On contrast-enhanced scan, the lesions were heterogeneously enhanced.Conclusion: CT scan is a valuable technique for the diagnosis of the renal angiomyolipoma.
