摘要目的:探讨刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及对血脂的影响。方法:选择我院2008年10月～2009年2月不稳定型心绞痛116例患者,随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(48例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用刺五加注射液,观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作的频率、持续时间、发作间期, Holter24h 缺血总时间、心电图T波及ST-T改变。同时测定两组治疗前后血脂的变化。 结果:治疗组在疗效、症状改善及降脂等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论:刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,而且可以进一步降低血脂,值得临床借鉴。

    AbstractObjective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of using acanthopanax injectio to treat unstable angina pectoris and the influence to blood fat.Method :116 inpatients who suffered from unstable angina pectoris date from 11th,2006 to 11th,2008 were grouped randomly,therapeutic group which contained 68 impatients and control group which contained 48 impatients.Control group were treated with conventional therapy,and therapeutic group were treated with acanthopanax injectio based on the conventional therapy.Observing the differences of therapeutic effects between two groups according to frequency, persistence time, seizures interval of angina pectoris attacks, cumulative time of ischemia in 24 hours" Holter, alteration of T wave and ST-T in electrocardiogram.At the same time, evaluating the variation of blood fat.Result: Therapeutic effect,symptomatic improvement and reduction of blood fat in therapeutic group all had advantages to control group(P<0.01). Conclusion :Using acanthopanax injectio to treat unstable angina pectoris have evident effect and can reduce blood fat further,which is worthy of being mirrored in clinic. ......
