摘 要目的:了解实习护生血源性病原体职业暴露防护行为现状,探讨有效的防护及干预措施。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查90名实习护生血源性职业暴露防护行为。结果:血源性病原体职业暴露防护行为现状不容乐观。结论:实习阶段护生面临着血源性职业暴露的潜在危险,职业防护意识薄弱,应从个人、学校、医院等方面加强对临床实习护生的职业安全防护教育与管理,也为培养合格的未来医护人员创造良好的条件。

    AbstractObjective:Learn practical nursing students occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens, protective behavior the status, explore effective measures for protection and intervention .Methods:A self-designed questionnaire, the 90 practical nursing students in occupational exposure to blood-borne protective behavior.Results:Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens can not be optimistic about the status of protective behavior.Conclusion:Attachment phase of nursing students facing the potential occupational exposure to blood-borne dangers, occupational protection consciousness is weak, from individuals, schools, hospitals and other aspects of clinical practice to enhance nursing students education and management of occupational safety protection, but also for the future of health care workers train qualified create good conditions. ......
