摘 要目的:探讨应用护理路径管理2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果。方法:将120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统的健康教育方法和应用护理路径实施健康教育的方法。结果:实验组应用护理路径对糖尿病患者实施健康教育后,健康教育达标率及对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组。结论:临床护理路径的实施,使健康教育制度化、具体化和规范化,提高了护理质量,有利于健康教育的贯彻实施,是一种值得推广的健康教育形式。

    Abstractobjective :Aim to evaluate the effect of nursing path management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and experimental groups, the control group used the traditional methods of health education methods and the experimental group used nursing path to implementation of health education methods. Results:The compliance rates and health education on nursing job satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than the control group .Conclusion:The implementation of clinical nursing path, make the institutionalization of health education, specific and standardized and improve the quality of care and conductive to the implementation of health education .It is a form of worthy promoted health education. ......
