【摘要】目的：探讨舒适护理模式在癌症化疗患者中的应用效果。方法：将100例癌症化疗患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组48例。观察组以舒适护理模式为框架，制定一套舒适护理措施；对照组采用常规护理方法。采用自制调查问卷调查两组护理满意度。结果：观察组满意度高于对照组(96.12%vs81.3%，P<0.05)。观察组化疗各种不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05～P<0.005)。结论：将舒适护理应用于癌症化疗患者的护理中，患者均得到生理、心理方面的满足感和安全感，提高了癌症患者的生活质量，同时患者对护理质量的满意度显著提高。

    Comfortable nursing for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of comfortable nursing on cancer patients treated with chemotherapy Methods：One hundred cancer patients treated with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups：Fifty-two in the observation group and forty-eight in the control group.The observation group recived comfortable nursing based on comfortable nursing model,while the conlrol group rexceived only traditional numing.The satisfaction in the two groups；was surveyed by self-command questionnaire.Results：The satisfaction in the observation group was 96.2%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.3%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was distinctly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05 to P<0.005).Conclusions：Comfortable nursing for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy may make the patients feel satisfactory and safe in physiology and psychology,and their life quality is greatly improved. ......
