【摘要】笔者对上海市的一些医院信息管理系统进行了抽样调查,发现上海市医院信息管理系统已经较好地改进了医院的运作。但是在同一地区可能存在无统一规范化标准的强势系统以及医护人员不愿意使用全部现有系统功能的问题。另外,从笔者所参考的文献来看,欧美发达国家的医院信息管理系统走在我国之前,并且就其所暴露出的问题已经总结出一定的经验与解决方法。本文旨在对已进行的调查进行报告,并且就发现的问题,结合欧美发达国家归纳出来的经验,提出相关的解决方法。
