试论文化管理在医院可持续发展中的作用
【摘 要】 企业管理的发展经历了三个阶段:经验管理、科学管理和文化管理。而文化管理是20世纪80年代兴起的一种崭新的管理思想、管理学说和管理模式,是继经验管理、科学管理之后企业管理发展的一个新阶段。现代管理学认为,文化管理是现代企业全部管理的核心。对于正在参与医改的公立医院来说,要想适应医改的变化要求,确保在新医改的环境下可持续发展,必须与时俱进地引入科学、规范、富有时代特征的医院管理模式。因此,必须注重医院文化建设,重视医院文化管理理论的研究和运用。【关键词】文化管理 可持续发展 医院 经验管理 企业管理 科学管理 现代管理学 管理思想
[Abstract] The development of business management has gone through three stages: experience management, scientific management and cultural management. And cultural management is the rise of the 1980s a new management philosophy, management theory and management, following the experience of management, scientific management, business management after the development of a new phase.
