【摘 要】 企业管理的发展经历了三个阶段：经验管理、科学管理和文化管理。而文化管理是20世纪80年代兴起的一种崭新的管理思想、管理学说和管理模式，是继经验管理、科学管理之后企业管理发展的一个新阶段。现代管理学认为，文化管理是现代企业全部管理的核心。对于正在参与医改的公立医院来说，要想适应医改的变化要求，确保在新医改的环境下可持续发展，必须与时俱进地引入科学、规范、富有时代特征的医院管理模式。因此，必须注重医院文化建设，重视医院文化管理理论的研究和运用。

    [Abstract] The development of business management has gone through three stages: experience management, scientific management and cultural management. And cultural management is the rise of the 1980s a new management philosophy, management theory and management, following the experience of management, scientific management, business management after the development of a new phase. Modern management believes that cultural management is the core of modern enterprises to manage. For being involved in public hospitals for health care reform, medical reform in order to adapt to changes in requirements, ensure that the new health reform environment for sustainable development, must be the times and the introduction of scientific, standardized, feature rich era of hospital management.
