【摘 要】 “生物-心理-社会”新医学模式的提出已经过去二十多年，但探索与之相适应的医学提供方式或医学服务模式的成效仍然不显著。作者以新医学模式理论、马斯洛需求层次理论、医学社会学等理论作为指导，提出要践行新的医学模式就需要在医院中建立舒心服务模式，在对病人身体疾患高品质诊治的同时，医疗服务要以病人的感知、体验是否舒心作为出发点或落脚点，注重病人心理及社会缺失的全面诊断或评估，并完整提供病人及其亲友参与、可定制、个性化、贴切的身心诊疗及人文化的服务方案。同时提出了建立舒心服务模式有待研究的问题。
