【摘 要】县级综合医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。医院后勤管理作为医院的保障和支持系统，在协助完成医疗、服务涉及面广，渗透到医疗活动的各个方面，教学和科研任务中，占有非常重要的地位。医院后勤管理水平的高低,直接影响医院的医疗质量和经济效益。因此，医院后勤服务行业也就成为此次医改受影响最深的医疗延伸行业之一。如何提高医院后勤管理水平，是摆在所有医院管理者面前的一项重要课题。本文深入分析了新医改政策下医院后勤服务行业面临的挑战，指出医院后勤管理体制变革的迫切需要，并进一步探讨了医院后勤管理模式变革的突破点。
